VENTS TT Silent-M – new sound-insulated inline fan
New inline mixed-flow VENTS TT Silent-M fans combine wide capabilities and high performance characteristics of both axial and centrifugal fans, thus providing powerful air stream and high pressure. VENTS TT Silent-M fans were specifically designed for air supply and exhaust systems to be installed in various premises with high requirements to noise level, i.e. kindergartens, schools, libraries, conference halls, offices, etc.
Low noise level of VENTS TT Silent-M is attained due to a special inner casing perforation that let sound waves pass through the holes and fall at a specific angle to the sound-absorbing layer. The diffuser, the specially profiled impeller and the directing vanes at outlet from the fan casing distribute air flow in such a way as to attain the best combination of high performance and high pressure at low noise level.
The VENTS TT Silent-M fans have compact size and stream-line black polymer-coated casing. The fan casing is equipped with a fixing bracket for fastening to the floor, wall or ceiling. The fans may be mounted at any place and at any angle in Ø 100 up to 315 mm air ducts. The maximum air capacity of VENTS TT Silent-M fans is 1950 m3/h.
Speed control in VENTS TT Silent-M fans is effected with extra options: The double-speed motors are controlled with a built-in switch («V» option) or an external switch for multispeed fans (available upon separate order). A built-in speed controller (P option), an external TRIAC or autotransformer speed controller (available upon separate order) enable smooth speed control when connected to the maximum speed terminal. VENTS TT Silent-M T option models are equipped with an adjustable turn-off delay timer, adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes. U models with electronic module of the temperature sensor and speed controller provide automatic air flow regulation depending on the air temperature in the air duct or in the room.
