Breezy ECO: maximum comfort with minimum power consumption
Introducing Breezy ECO, a next-generation decentralized heat recovery ventilation system.
The new product is equipped with a ceramic heat recovery unit, has a higher air flow thanks to two reversible fans, and extended functionality, including a supply air temperature sensor. A separate model of the heat exchanger is equipped with an electric heater. The combination of all these advantages makes Breezy ECO stand out from many other heat exchangers on the market and puts it on a whole new level in the segment of decentralized ventilation systems.
The main feature of Breezy ECO is the use of a high-efficiency ceramic heat exchanger with a recovery rate of up to 92%, which allows you to save not just heat but also humidity in the room. Due to the porous structure of the ceramic and the innovative hydrophobic coating of the regenerator, moisture on its surface evaporates quickly, which makes it possible to maintain optimal humidity in the room regardless of the weather and season.
Besides maintaining the humidity balance, the enthalpy ceramic heat exchanger has a number of other advantages:
– Durability and environmental friendliness. Due to its physical properties, ceramic does not corrode and does not react with other materials. The ceramic regenerator is treated with a hydrophobic solution that reduces the ingress of moisture into the heat exchanger, and therefore the ceramic regenerator does not deteriorate due to low temperatures and humid environments.
– Low power consumption. Ceramic creates the lowest resistance to air flow among all types of heat exchangers, which significantly reduces energy consumption.
– Operation in cold conditions. The ceramic regenerator can operate without a heater even in sub-zero temperatures (down to -20 °C), which also reduces power consumption. With an electric heater (Breezy ECO E model), the heat exchanger can operate efficiently at even lower temperatures (down to -25 °C).
– Free cooling. The heat exchanger with a ceramic regenerator has a free cooling mode.
Another advantage of the Breezy ECO heat exchanger is the use of two reversible fans, which provide the device with a higher performance – 48m³ in the recovery mode and up to 80m³ in the supply or exhaust mode, which allows for high-quality ventilation in a room of up to 50m2. Most heat recovery units on the market operate in reverse mode and therefore require two units to operate in sync to ensure high-quality ventilation. Breezy ECO provides both air supply and exhaust at the same time, so a single unit is enough. Due to its high air flow, Breezy ECO can be installed not only in rooms but also in kitchens, where it will provide high-quality ventilation and prevent the penetration of polluted air from kitchens to other rooms.
An important feature of the new product is the use of an electric heater in one of the Breezy ECO models, which expands the scope of use of the heat exchanger and makes it possible to use the device in countries with cold climates.
The Breezy ECO’s high energy efficiency is ensured by two highly efficient EC motors with minimum power consumption (up to 8 W), thanks to which the heat recovery unit consumes an average of only 0.2 W per 1 m³ of air. This is almost three times less than other types of heat recovery units.
Breezy ECO is easy and convenient to control via smartphone and mobile app, as well as through a cloud service, which makes it possible to control ventilation from anywhere in the world. And thanks to the Google Home and Alexa voice assistants, the heat recovery unit can be controlled by voice commands.
Breezy ECO is virtually an autonomous climate control system that combines the most advanced technological solutions with minimal power consumption and provides the user with the greatest comfort in any weather and season.
