The leadership of “Ventilation Systems” in the ventilation equipment market is achieved through a responsible use of energy resources. The company has implemented a comprehensive program aimed at reducing the energy consumption per unit of product. To achieve this goal the company has managed to reduce the production facility lighting consumption without compromising its quality.
The 2016 lighting upgrades included replacing the old mercury-containing luminescent light bulbs which were both inefficient and hazardous for the environment with 800 new eco-friendly LED ones. This step helped reduce the company’s overall power consumption by 50%. In addition to the considerable energy savings the company has provided its staff with the added benefit of improved lighting at the workstations.
Striving to make a valuable contribution into the infrastructure of its home town of Boyarka the company’s 2017 budget provides for the replacement of more than 900 mercury-containing luminescent light bulbs with more energy-efficient and eco-friendly alternatives.
