VENTS joins Eurovent International Association
At the beginning of 2016 VENTS signed a cooperation agreement with Eurovent (European Association of Air Handling and Refrigerating Equipment Manufacturers). This cooperation will solidify the positions of VENTS as the ventilation industry leader and help build new partnerships with the largest market operators.
Eurovent is a recognized integrator which promotes fair competition by enabling comparison of technical specifications across various products and brands as well as their benefits offered to clients and end users.
Eurovent also offers HVAC&R certification services. The association conducts independent expert assessment of EU-made climatic equipment to verify its conformance with the applicable quality standards and the technical specifications stated by the manufacturers. In addition to that Eurovent takes an active part in drafting European normative documents which regulate the use of specific cooling agents, engages in discussions regarding air quality in spaces, and collects and organizes global HVAC&R statistical data.
At present Eurovent unites over 1,000 companies from Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Eurovent member companies average more than 30 billion Euros in annual turnover employing the total of about 150,000 people. This makes Eurovent one of the largest interregional industrial associations in the world.
The international reputation of Eurovent association opens new possibilities for “Ventilation Systems” in expanding its representation and increasing its influence across the international ventilation market.
