“Energy-efficient ventilation in contemporary dwellings”: VENTS holds workshops for sales representatives
In the beginning of May “Ventilation Systems” held a series of workshops for 60 company representatives assigned to leading DIY chains (Epicentre, Nova Liniya, OLDI and Leroy Merlin). The annual workshops are intended for boosting the standards of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience of the company staff who consult customers in retail stores.
“We strive to ensure that our end users receive professional advice on ventilation products marketed under the VENTS brand including their advantages and useful features as well as information about new arrivals in the energy-efficient segment. This is why we place a thorough emphasis on all-around training of sales representatives working in stores which stock our products”, said workshop coordinator Denis Kapustin.
The workshop agenda included a tour of the factory, a series of lectures for various sales and service units as well as knowledge assessment tests. Today energy-efficient ventilation is one of the top-priority areas of VENTS business. Therefore, the lectures were focused on explaining the operating principles of energy-recovery systems and TwinFresh single-space ventilators in particular.
