Improving performance and production capacity efficiency is one of the VENTS corporate top priorities. Following the selected development direction, we have purchased and commissioned new and individually designed equipment from the best world manufacturers.
The balancing stand HS 20 series made by the reputable German company Schenck Rotec GmbH is designed for balancing of the fan impellers assembled with motors of the total weight up to 100 kg. The stands capabilities provide balancing of such gross unit motors as AirVents. The impeller balancing accuracy is one of the key quality factors of the ventilation equipment, so no wonder that this process is strictly checked. The HS 20 balancing stand provides high measurement accuracy to determine a misbalance value and ensures a subsequent ideal balancing of the impeller-motor block. High accuracy is attained due to the digital data processing in the CAB 820 Н calibrating device and data display on a sensor TFT screen. This Schenck Rotec GmbH Company stand is the one and only in Ukraine.
Ultrasonic welding unit Standard 3000 was purchased from a Swiss manufacturing leader in the production of equipment Rinco Ultrasonics AG. Exclusive complete set of the unit allows welding of the impellers with the diameter up to 250 mm that have not a cast integral design, but consist of several components. The Standard 3000 welding unit enables quality ultrasonic sealing of plastic and metal impeller parts, preserving the required plastic properties and ensuring the maximum durability and quality of the ready unit. The unit sonotrode is made of titanium and covered with a unique super slim, but extremely durable covering BALINIT ® FUTURA NANO for super wearing resistance and long service life. Now, due to Standard 3000 we are able to duplicate the production of Ø 250 mm impellers for commercial and industrial VENTS fans.
As on today VENTS is the only Ukrainian enterprise, which owns such equipment and produces impellers of the highest quality.
