VENTS VKMI – new sound-insulated fan series
VENTS is glad to offer to your attention a new fan series in the sound-insulation product segment – the VENTS VKMI inline centrifugal fan with air capacity up to 1880 m3/h.
The new sound-insulated VKMI models are specially designed for use in commercial and industrial premises with high requirements to noise level, e.g., in libraries, conference halls, educational institutions, child care facilities, etc.
High sound-absorbing features of the fan are attained due to a special casing design. The casing consists of an outer polymer coated steel frame, an inner perforated casing made of high-quality plastic, internally heat- and sound-insulated with 50 mm isover layer. The specific perforation of the inner casing and insulation provide broadband sound absorption that results in extremely low noise fan operation.
The fan includes a single-phase external rotor motor and a centrifugal impeller with forward curved blades to ensure the best combination of aerodynamic and operation performance and provides high air capacity and high pressure at low noise level.
Each turbine is dynamically balanced during assembly to contribute to extra noise reduction and reliable operation for the total rated fan service life (40 000 hrs).
The VENTS VKMI fan is designed for inline mounting with Ø 100 up to 315 mm round air ducts. For possible vibration absorbing the fan casing is equipped with special vibration absorbing mounts. The convenient fixing bracket used for VKMIk is used to facilitate wall or ceiling mounting of the fan.
