The 39^th international МСЕ 2014 (Mostra Convegno Expocomfort) exhibition held from 18^th up to 21^st March in Milan ended with excellent results and exceeded all the visiting rate expectations – the exhibition was visited by 156 000 guests from all over the world. For 50 years, from year to year Mostra Convegno Expocomfort gained more and more immensity, success and popularity. Today this exhibition is one of the most leading, strategic and prestigious events in HVACR industry as well as plumbing, waterline and energy efficient technologies. The MCE exhibition offers the most advances solutions, innovations and everything that makes indoor life more comfortable and pleasant.

Since the last exhibition МСЕ in 2012 VENTS has successfully developed and implemented many new products. So this year, in addition to the traditional industrial, commercial and domestic ventilation products and accessories we have enough surprises to show to our guests at MCE 2014.

The new VENTS energy-saving products for domestic and commercial ventilation were the most appreciated and positively evaluated products.

The TwinFresh single-room ventilators with energy regeneration were presented by two updated products. The new TwinFresh Comfo model has expanded functionality, easy plug-n-play connection and a remote control. The new TwinFresh Solar model is powered by solar energy and requires no extra power supply sources. The energy regeneration of the ventilators reaches 90%.

The majority of new products however are found in the segment of the air handling units with heat recovery aimed to arrange energy efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems in various applications. The new products include the following models:

– VUT R 700 TN H EC unit with a rotary heat exchanger, heat pump and high-efficient EC motors with heat recovery efficiency up to 85%. The new air handling unit is able not only to recover extract air heat and cold, but to cool down or heat up supply air to a set point, thus combining ventilation, heating and air conditioning functions.

– Compact-sized suspended VUE2 250 P EC unit in a heat- and sound-insulated casing with air capacity up to 257 m³/h and heat recovery efficiency up to 89%, equipped with two enthalpy heat exchangers made of polymerized cellulose, high-efficient EC motors, integrated automation system and a multifunctional control panel.

– Wall-mounted VUT 300 V EC Eco unit in a heat- and sound-insulated casing with heat recovery efficiency up to 90%, equipped with low-power EC motors.

– Compact-sized VUT 300 V mini EC Comfo unit with air capacity up to 300 m³/h and heat recovery efficiency up to 78%, equipped with an aluminum plate heat exchanger, integrated automation system and a multifunctional control panel.

VENTS has exhibited new practical solutions for kitchen ventilation, such as:

– air handling unit with heat recovery VUT 300 EVK mini EC with a kitchen hood that may be used as a substitute for a kitchen hood and provide at the same time balanced residential ventilation. The VUT 300 EVK mini EC air capacity is up to 270 m³/h and heat recovery produced by the polystyrene heat exchangers is up to 95%.

– oven extract unit OVEX for smoke, steam and smell removal during the oven operation.

AirVents AVU 03 of AVU series with air capacity up to 3000 m³/h and heat recovery efficiency up to 65% is another important and new product exhibited at MCE. Due to the compact-sized modular design the new AVU units may be equipped and supplemented with various functional units at the customer’s request and considering project documentation specifications for various premises. The unit air capacity is up to 15 000 m³/h and heat recovery efficiency is up to 91%.

The new 2013 products, super silent QUIET fans with new standard sizes 125 and 150 mm were the first new domestic fans exhibited in Milan. Air capacity of the VENTS 125 QUIET fans reaches 185 m³/h and noise level is only 32 dB(A). The fans with 150 mm spigot diameter are available in two modifications, VENTS 150 QUIET model with air capacity up to 315 m³/h and noise level from 28 dB(A) as well as VENTS 150 QUIET Extra model with a high-powered motor, air capacity up to 370 m3/h and noise level from only 32 dB(A).

The VENTS 150 Quiet and 150 Quiet Extra models have updated automation system and expanded control possibilities, five operation modes in single- and two-speed modes.

The four exhibition day had gone fast and brought a lot of contacts. We were pleased to see that all the new products were highly evaluated by ventilation experts and to know that many European professionals, who visited our stand, are well-acquainted with VENTS ventilation equipment and made a positive experience with it. We do hope that the Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2014 once again showed our focus on innovations, good product quality and reliability of the products made by the Ukrainian ventilation leader VENTS.
