Once again Ventilation Systems JSC successfully presented VENTS TM at the largest international HVAC show AHR Expo 2012 in Chicago, USA on 23rd-25th January 2012.

This year the exhibition hit all the attendance records ever for the last years – the total number of visitors and exhibitors exceeded 58 000, among them manufacturers, contractors, engineers, distributors, representatives of core enterprises and other HVACR experts that gathered together at 40 000 m2 exhibition area (428,000+ net square feet).

VENTS exposition at AHR Expo 2012 had a unique design of a small residential house copy. With such non-standard solution of the exhibition stand we could visually demonstrate to our guests installation examples of various ventilation products available at the stand.

VENTS exhibition range at AHR Expo 2012 included a lot of new centralized and single-room ventilation products specifically designed with respect to high noise level and energy saving demands.

Traditionally new energy saving heat recovery ventilators attracted the most visitors’ interest. Compact suspended centralized heat and energy recovery ventilators Frigate HRV/ ERV as well as the heat recovery ventilators of Brig HRV series are featured with great heat recovery efficiency (up to 90%) and regulated required air capacity due to high-tech German motors for quality ventilation of residential and commercial premises.

The series of VENTS single-room heat recovery ventilators was presented by the wall-mounted MICRA 60 unit that is featured with silent operation and low energy demand provided by EC-technologies.

Reversible ventilators with energy regeneration TwinFresh are the further VENTS development. The units have outstanding energy efficiency – their energy demand is as low as 3 W and it is combined with low noise level and high heat and moisture recovery reaching up to 91%. TwinFresh ventilators are the ideal solution for single-room ventilation in small residential and commercial premises.

To provide warm air circulation and attain decrease of heating costs for large premises as stocks, workshops, supermarkets, workrooms, etc., VENTS demonstrated at the exhibition axial destratificator DRF-OV and brand new centrifugal destratificators DRF-VK and DRF-VKM. The new products were designed with a new casing that enables wider warm air stream distribution as compared to standard axial destratificators.

In the popular mixed-flow fan series (type VENTS TT) we have exhibited the new fan model TT Silent. Special aerodynamic casing and impeller profile ensure the high air capacity and pressure combined with low noise level and energy demand.

To offer effective silent ventilation of residential apartment and houses, we suggested new supply and extract inline fans VENTS VKP Silent and VKM Silent. Specially designed fan casing is specifically elaborated for silent operation. Special high-efficient insulating material with complex aerodynamic profile of variable height provides sound attenuation in the total frequency band.

Centrifugal inline fan VENTS VK-AntiRADON has become a very popular and up-to-date new product intended for removal of the harmful radon gas from basement, cellar and foundation areas.

With respect to the needs of USA market, VENTS presented a wide variety of ventilation kits based on axial and mixed-flow inline fans.

Ventilation kits offer a simple ready-to-use solution for arrangement of efficient residential ventilation systems in garages, utility rooms or room-to-room air distribution.
