New temperature sensors in the VENTS product range
Today VENTS presents the new duct temperature sensors of the KDT-M, KDT-MK, KDT2-M, KDT2-MK series for temperature measurement of the air flow in the ventilation and air conditioning systems and temperature sensors of the NDT and NDT2 series for outdoor temperature measurement.
The KDT-M, KDT-MK and the outdoor NDT sensor as a sensing element are equipped with a NTC thermistor. The thermistor electric resistance depends on the temperature fluctuations (non-linear dependency).
The KDT2-M, KDT2-MK and the outdoor sensor NDT2 are made on basis of a chip card. The new sensor models have a linear transient response of the output voltage depending on temperature.
The KDT-M, KDT2-M models have the temperature measuring range from +30 up to +80 °C, the KDT -MK, KDT 2-MK and NDT models have the temperature measuring range from ++30 up to +60 °C and the NDT2 model has the temperature range from -40 up to +60 °C.
The KDT-M, KDT-MK, KDT2-M and KDT2-MK submersible temperature sensors have adjustable immersion length 100, 150, 200 or 400 mm.
